Hadiqa Kiani spoke up at University of Central Punjab to raise awareness about the damage due to flood . The Program was arranged by UCP & PGC on Aug 25 , 2010 . Hadiqa Kiani signed tickets at the event , so that tickets could be sell out and generate funds .
