ISLAMABAD: The dead body of a woman found from Bara Kahu area on Monday has been identified as Fehmina Chaudhry, a super model who recently came to Pakistan from Singapore – ARY News reports.
According to ASP Yasir Afridi, the deceased was also a mother of two and was a successful model in Singapore with numerous awards on her credit.
She was settled in Singapore and wanted to open a fashion school in Pakistan.
A man named Muaz Waqar lured her and brought her to Pakistan, she went missing on October 12 and the accused had demanded Rs 2 crore against her release.
Police officials told that the accused Muaz Waqar was traced out with the help of the phone record and he confessed the murder during investigation.
After the confession by the accused, police took him to the crime scene and recovered the dead body of Fehmina Chaudhry.
