Mehwish Hayat in Na Maloom Afraad

The particular svelte actress’ special appearance on an item number in upcoming Pakistani film Na Maloom Afraad has produced a stir on social advertising, as the first trailer for the film treats fans to a simple look of the performance. Together with her energetic and willowy dancing performances on stage shows pertaining to Veet and Hum TV, it is no wonder that the talented actress’ role inside upcoming film has people talking.

While the name of the song hasn’t yet been disclosed by the film-makers inside spirit of building anticipation pre-release, we now have learnt that the music for the number has been composed by simply Shani and Kami.

“I used to watch lots of Michael Jackson and Jennifer Lopez video clips to copy the moves, ” Hayat informs Dawn. “I loved to dance and really planned to do something related to dance in the market. ”

As a child, Hayat said she had a pursuit in dancing and used to practice freestyle dance steps.

With long shooting hours within the supervision of Lahore-based choreographer, Nigah Hussain, Hayat said had sore feet with the time the shooting ended for the dance number.

“It was a wooden dance floor… I had bruised and swollen feet and was struggling to walk for days, ” the girl said.

Working through the ache, Hayat said playing the ‘item girl’ was an advisable experience.

“Item songs are the highlight for virtually any film, and after working with this one, I definitely feel in which Pakistani cinema is evolving. We’ve already made our name in television and definately will soon rise in the film industry at the same time. We [Pakistan] are no a lot less than any other country’s film marketplace. ”

“I was working with Jawed Sheikh days gone by and he was all praise for the film, ” she says. “Fizza (the producer) then got touching me. By then, I already knew what the film was about and so i listened to the song, and instantly chose to do it!. ”

Having did wonders in both, television and picture, Hayat says she feels more at ease on the silver screen and is proud to join in on the upcoming feature film.

“It’s every actor’s dream to be effective on the big screen, ” she gushes. “I also believe Director Nabeel Qureshi is just about the finest directors to look frontward to. He is excellent at his or her work and I’m proud to join in on the Na Maloom Afraad crew. ”

She adds that she senses strongly about representing Pakistan inside foreign film industry and is open to accepting any offer she will get from abroad.

With Chikni Chameli since her favourite item song, you can only wait and see the moves Hayat brings towards the number, which looks — even by the glimpse — like a rendition from the upbeat Bollywood songs that are increasingly popular with cinema goers in the actual sub-continent.
