Have you ever felt crying and screaming out loud as to show your pain that pierces your soul every second, but you feel unable to let your tears out? Have you ever craved for your loved one’s embrace and wanted to be there again? That particular longing of your beloved, that exact desire to be held dearly by your love again and that certain yearning to be with that adored person again is exactly what Farhan Saeed is depicting in his new single “Roiyaan”. It’s a ballad about a woman who is grief-stricken over her deceased lover. The song starts with strong melody along with dynamic vocals. The pain of the woman at loss can be witnessed throughout the song. The artist has shown his real talent through impactful lyrics. The specific sensation can be observed by the feel that Farhan Saeed has displayed in his famed euphonious voice throughout the song. The rhythmic track depicts the competence and skill of the artist. The heartfelt and feeling vocals, the meaningful and deep lyrics and the strong melody is what makes this track so nostalgic and unforgettable.

The marvel behind this spectacular piece of work is Yasir Jaswal who has done justice to the song by directing such a remarkable video featuring our very own Farhan Saeed and Sabeeka Imam. The video opens with Farhan under a tree vocalizing the soulful lyrics “Khawabon ne e dil dukhaya aankhon ka,Hathon mein hy dard juda hathon ka,Khawabon ne e dil dukhaya aankhon ka,Hathon mein dard juda hy hathon ka..” while the gorgeous Sabeeka Imam is seen grieving on the funeral of her beloved. The mournful effect that can be observed at the very start is seen prevailing throughout the video. The video shows a woman devastated after the death of her beloved. Everyone reaches at that point in life when the tears are not necessary to depict that a person is crying, the heat and soul is crying every moment but the tears have gone dry. The acting, the styling and makeup all has maintained the sombre environment that the song earns.
“Roiyaan has been a great experience , I always knew it’ll be a great milestone in my career the day this song was recorded. I wanted to give out my best on this one. I composed this song on my trip to London where I went for award show. Initially the lines that were composed by me were ‘saiyaan saiyaan Teri aan Teri aan’ . Then I was in India and there I met a lyricist, Kumaar jee, who writes almost all the current Bollywood songs . He gave me this line ‘Roiyaan Roiyaan akhiyaan roiyaan’. The moment I heard this line, it made me really excited. I along with Jaidev Kumar, a composer from India completed the song and recorded it. I was asked to give this song to a Bollywood movie by couple of producers but my first and only condition was that I’ll release it in Pakistan first for my fans then they can use it . I started looking for a good director who could do justice to its video. The only option I could think of was Yasir Jaswal as he heard the song and was in love with the song and I had full faith in him. Sabeeka Imam was the female model who has been doing great in Pakistan’s fashion industry and was perfect for this role. Yasir and his entire team, D.O.P Farhan , Styling by Ehtesham , Make up by Hunny and his entire production team, did a great job and we all were very happy with the final result.” Farhan Saeed expressed his views about his track that has undoubtedly hit the charts.
Farhan Saeed’s manager Ali Mirza also had some words to say about this ballad, “After huge success of PI JAUN and HALKA SUROOR, Farhan Saeed has come up with yet another hear-ttouching song ROIYAAN. The new single has created a huge sensation over the social media and televison. The video was the best piece of work done in Pakistan exciting fans all over the country and around the world. Farhan Saeed’s solo career seems to be promising and he will continue to rock the charts.This song clearly highlights Farhan’s singing career. This ballad has undoubtedly and efficaciously touched the soul of many people. It’s indeed a wonderful performance by the teams of artists who worked on both audio and video. It’s undeniably another wonderful piece of art by Farhan Saeed and the video has shown the true talent of Yasir Jaswal as always.
