Shaan’s Written Screenplay to Feature in his Upcoming ‘Mission 5’
Yet another upcoming action thriller from superstar Shaan Shahid, is in pipeline, but this time he’ll impress his fans with pen too.
‘Mission 5’, forthcoming film from Shiny Toy Guns (STG) in collaboration with Shaan’s Riaz Shahid Films (RSF), will not only star Shaan in lead role but will also be featuring screenplay written exclusively by the actor himself!
This won’t only be the standing out thing about this movie. Along with Shaan would be seen Hollywood actor Farhan Tahir of ‘Iron Man’ and ‘Star Trek’ who’ll feature as the main antagonist in ‘Mission 5’.
The director of the film would Asad-ul-Haq of STG. Nicholas D. Knowland of ‘Jinnah’ fame would be Director of Photography, who also won BAFTA for ‘Jinnah’ as DoP, and Ali Murtaza of STG is the producer. Stylist Nabila is the official styling partner.
Known for his stylish visuals and great attention to detail, Asad-ul-Haq brings years of experience to his cinematic directorial debut.
‘My dad once told me long time ago that a story will tell itself, when it’s ready. Until the last few months I assumed that it wasn’t ready, but suddenly I find myself thinking, dreaming about the story 24/7. I guess it’s finally ready to be told,’ told Haq.
‘Mission 5’s’ production will start by November 2014 and the film is told to be release on Eid-ul-Fitr of 2015.
