PMR: Your singing career started with Coke Studio. How was the experience working with Strings & CS House Team?

Rahma: I had the best time working with Strings, they’re one of the finest music producers in the world; and the CS team was super amazing.

PMR: Tell us about your cover of “Zara Zara” as you have mentioned ‘This song has always been very close to my heart’?

Rahma: Haha! Yeah, I love the original. I was singing it with my musicians at a jam and it didn’t sound all that bad so I recorded it for Valentines – Click Here To Listen / Download

PMR: “You cannot put your soul into music till you fall and fall apart in love.” What do you think about it?

Rahma: Love does play a major role; it adds more feel to your music, both sad and happy. But you also need to LOVE MUSIC to create soulful music!

PMR: Tell us about your next project and when we can expect your album in market?

Rahma: In Pakistan it doesn’t work that way. Sadly, we don’t have any record labels. There’s no point in releasing albums. I’ll be releasing singles!

PMR: How do you see the internet market for upcoming/underground bands in terms of marketing tool and what do you expect?

Rahma: Well honestly, we depend a lot on the social media these days and its going really well for both known and new musicians! I expect a lot more young talent! Bring it on peeps!
