Ali Azmat to perform at a Fundraising Concert for the Islamabad based branch of “Pakistan Sweet Homes”
Ali Azmat will be performing at a Fundraising Concert for the Islamabad based branch of “Pakistan Sweet Homes” in sector H9 of the Federal Capital on the 22nd of March 2016. The singer and song-writer responsible for hits such as Neend Aati Nahin” ,”Dosti” , “Jazba Junoon”, “Saiyonee” , “Na Re Na” and “Garaj Baras” will be holding the benefit concert to raise funds for the orphaned children who reside at the establishment.
Pakistan Sweet Homes is a project of Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal, Government of Pakistan and currently 31 Sweet Homes have been established with 3100 orphans residing in them. These children residing in Islamabad are terrorist victims who became orphans in the wake of terrorist attacks in North & South Waziristan .These children are residing in Islamabad Sihala, Pak town- Rawalpindi and Bara Kahu Islamabad.
Ali Azmat after his visit to the school has taken upon himself to raise awareness about Sweet Homes so that philanthropists, donors and the general public can donate to the cause. The benefit concert is being held free of cost, while all donations will help support the children of Sweet Homes.
