Elliphant’s Spoon Me Featuring Skrillex is Shot in Pakistan

”Spoon Me” is the latest track to premiere from Elliphant’s forthcoming album, Living Life Golden. The sensual ballad was produced by none other than Skrillex, who also produced five songs on Justin Bieber’s latest album Purpose.

Swedish starlet Elliphant, who released her sophomore album ‘Living Life Golden’ just a couple of weeks ago, has unveiled the video for the latest single from it, ‘Spoon Me’, featuring Skrillex.

MOMENT OF PRIDE – The video was directed by Aisha Linnea & Shahbaz Shigriand shot in Pakistan and Islamabad. Thats not all, you get to see Elliphant waving Pakistan’s flag in the video too. Now is that not a reason good enough for all of us to be celebrating this video?

Islamabad should be dubbed the city of music, with artists visiting the capital one after the other. Following American DJ Diplo’s performance in Islamabad, Swedish singer Ellinor Miranda (better known as Elliphant) decided to shoot her new music video in the city.

The video of her latest song Spoon Me, featuring American DJ Skrillex, has just been released, and explores various elements of the beautiful city.

It’s not the first time the songstress Elliphant and the American producer Skrillex have teamed up either; he was involved in the production process of one of her previous EPs, ‘Look Like You Love It’.

Given Skrillex’s involvement, you’re pretty much guaranteed of bass-busting beats and a cacophony of hand claps before you go ahead and press play – and he certainly doesn’t disappoint in either of those departments, as Elliphant purrs all over it with her suggestive lyrics.
